AoZoo Entrepreneues Club initiativesJust back from Philippines and thought it was an ideal place for business networking and holidays. Price in average here is higher than that of in Shanghai, except seafood, labor and golf courses. To many Shanghainese, even they have lived in Shanghai for their whole lives, never thought there were something they had missed nearby. How people will spend evenings in Shanghai? The Chinese way of high quality, Kara OK was not affordable, nor I enjoyed it. How about Western ways? Then I attended an after hours social gathering, organised by Australia Chamber and Commerce (Austcham) Shanghai at No 1 Yueyan Road, which is a quite street accompanied by a statue of Alexander Pushkin, a famous Russian poet. The gathering was warm, showing that Australians can celebrate their lives at any time and any location, as long as there is a Pub with beer nearby. I am making effort trying to set a business or entrepreneurs club in Shanghai. My first thought is to organise a business networking gathering with tour and golf courses party in Philippines for business people from China, Australia and Phillippines. You may come here for holidays but you may have some business opportunities with you when you are back. Comparing with the high costing to play golf in China, you just can not believe how cheap to do the same in Philippines. Any question, idea, input or partnership suggestion are welcome. Daniel
